As a crucial prerequisite to the implementation of any consultancy approach, the consultant needs to have the maximum possible pragmatism in judging the surrounding conditions that an executive works in. Our success is based on our consultants’ long standing previous experience as executives. Pragmatism overrides dogmatism. Any concept that does not seem to be realizable within the client’s organization should be rejected – because consulting can only be of practical use if and when its recommended theoretical concepts can be factually put into action.
