The coaching of an entire executive team consists of individual coaching sessions alternating with workshops typically including board members and the subordinate management level, whose goal is to improve jointly either the quality of overall cooperation within the team or of the entire organization. The issues worked on during the workshops are based on insights emanating from the individual coaching sessions. However, personal statements from participants made during the individual coaching sessions are not divulged unless the coach has been expressly authorized to do so by his coachee. Specific goals are agreed upon at the end of each workshop which in turn will be taken on in the individual coaching sessions. Execution of the complete process typically takes between six and nine months. No later than one year afterwards an additional workshop with all of the original participants should be held in order to monitor the sustainability of changes achieved and to readjust individual steps where appropriate.
