The performance of leadership teams frequently can be enhanced through more efficient collaboration of its individual members. This consti-
tutes an important part of its leader’s responsibilities. We support him/her in achieving this challenge. In order to do so, an appraisal of the current situation has to be done at first. Based on the conclusions drawn, we develop with the team members concerned measures to improve overall performance and subsequently assist and support them in implementing these measures.
Individualized leadership development is usually implemented through coaching.
