Workshops on topics of current interest are organized for executives of upper management levels (example: improvement of internal cooperation quality). The workshops are based on detailed preliminary talks with participants and, where appropriate, with executives from other divisions. Personal contribution of preparatory input usually is precondition to participating. Typically, two workshops will be held within a three to six month interval. During the interim period each participant works on achieving individual objectives defined at the conclusion of the first workshop. Additionally, an individual feedback dialogue with the consultant will take place in order to track progress already made and to support its implementation. The second workshop serves to review achievements made, to consolidate main topics of the first workshop, and to update individual action plans.
