Workshops are conducted for groups of executives working in the same or different departments or divisions and whose level of cooperation is restricted due to differences of personalities or with regard to technical issues. Following a preparatory phase consisting of intense individual interviews with participants, a first workshop of typically between one and a half and two and half days takes place. At the end of the work-
shop, each participant or, where appropriate, groups of participants draw up individual lists of concrete measures to be taken in order to improve mutual cooperation or as well individual behavioral patterns. Typically, a second workshop will take place after between three to six months. Its objective is to check on progress made in between and, if needed, to agree on further measures to be taken.
