A group of executives working on a comparable hierarchical level are offered to take part in a potential capability assessment. Unlike the assessment center case, this measure is only focused on the developmental aspects of the executives. If the decision to participate in the assessment is not taken voluntarily, a special focus has to be put onto communicating to the candidates the particular appreciation that is brought to them by this offer and the potential benefits for them. – The assessment procedure is consistent with that of the individual capability assessments. In addition, after completion of all of the individual assessments, a comparative executive summary is prepared for the client. The assessment criteria to be used are defined with him/her beforehand.
